The Court has implemented an amended Forfeiture of Collateral Schedule in Misdemeanor and Petty Offenses, which is Appendix E to the Court’s local rules, effective June 24, 2026. The amendment incorporates new rules and regulations of the Department of Homeland Security / Federal Protective Service and removes the reference to 41 C.F.R. Parts 102-1 to 102-299.
