All fees incurred in the electronic filing system (CM/ECF) are payable by credit card or direct debit through the pay.gov system. These include appeal fees, pro hac vice application fees, and case initiating fees.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Domestic money orders, a bank cashier’s check, and cash (exact change only) are acceptable forms of payment. A credit/debit card will be accepted for payment, with proper identification, when the request is made in person at the public filing counter of any division. Personal and/or business checks will be accepted only from current members of the bar of this Court in good standing.
