The current term of office of United States Magistrate Judge Linda T. Walker expires on January 1, 2024.

The current term of office of United States Magistrate Judge John K. Larkins III expires on January 18, 2024.

The Northern District of Georgia, as required by law, has established a panel of citizens to consider the reappointment of magistrate judges to new eight-year terms.  Comments from members of the bar and the public are invited as to whether the panel should recommend Magistrate Judge Walker and Magistrate Judge Larkins for reappointment by the court to another eight-year term.  More details are in the official notices available here (Notice re: Judge Walker) and here (Notice re: Judge Larkins).
