The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is considering whether to reappoint Bankruptcy Judge James R. Sacca to a new 14-year term of office in the Northern District of Georgia at Atlanta. The official public notice concerning this reappointment is available here. 

Members of the bar and the public are invited to submit written comments for consideration by the Court of Appeals concerning the reappointment of Judge Sacca.
