The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has proposed amendments to Local Rule 83.1(E)(4) governing withdrawal by notice to clarify that local counsel for an attorney admitted pro hac vice may not withdraw by notice if only the pro hac vice attorney remains on the case.
