Chief Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr., announces that on September 30, 2024, after nearly 25 years of distinguished service to our Court, the Federal Judiciary, and the people of Georgia and the United States, the Honorable Charles A. Pannell, Jr., will assume inactive status as a senior United States district judge.
