Elimination of COVID-19 Protocol for Jurors

Monday, April 1, 2024

Due to updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, the Court has issued a First Amendment to General Order 23-02 rescinding the requirement that a juror who is exposed to COVID-19 or who tests positive for COVID-19 at any time within ten days prior to jury service not report for service but instead contact the jury office. The First Amendment is available here. The original version of General Order 23-02 is available here.
