The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia is pleased to announce that it has selected Ms. J. Elizabeth McBath to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Chief Magistrate Judge Alan J. Baverman. Ms. McBath will assume the duties of a United States magistrate judge for the Northern District of Georgia on April 4, 2022, following her formal appointment. Ms. McBath most recently has served the district as an assistant United States Attorney.
