The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia is pleased to announce that it has selected Anna White Howard to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Magistrate Judge J. Clay Fuller in Gainesville, Georgia. She will assume the duties of a United States magistrate judge for the Northern District of Georgia on April 1, 2025, following her formal appointment. Ms. Howard most recently has taught legal writing at the University of Georgia School of Law. She previously served as a career law clerk for Judge Leigh Martin May and a term law clerk for Judge Richard W. Story.
