The electronic case filing system for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (CM/ECF) will be unavailable from approximately 8 p.m. on Friday July 7, 2023, until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday July 9, 2023, for required maintenance. During this period, members of the bar and public will be unable to electronically file or view documents, view dockets, or use any of the functions of the Court's CM/ECF system. In addition, public access to the Court’s dockets through PACER will be unavailable during that time. 

There will be no access to previous “free looks” in CM/ECF once the system is restored on July 9. If you receive or have received a Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) from CM/ECF on July 7 or during the previous 14 days, you should access your “free look” before 8:00 p.m. on July 7. If you receive an error while attempting to access a “free look” after July 9, please contact the Clerk’s Office at 404-215-1655.
