The Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure has approved proposed amendments to the following existing rules and invites comments by February 15, 2027:

Civil Rules 5, 5.2, 6, and 55;
Criminal Rules 11, 32, 45, 49, and 49.1; 
Evidence Rules 104 and 902;
Appellate Rule 25; and
Bankruptcy Rules 2003, 5005, 8011, 9006, 9036, and 9037.
