The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has selected the Honorable Justin S. Anand to serve a four-year term as Chief Magistrate Judge beginning April 1, 2026, following the completion of Magistrate Judge Russell G. Vineyard’s term as Chief. Judge Anand has served as a Magistrate Judge since 2012. The Court is grateful for the excellent, dedicated service of Chief Judge Vineyard, who will continue to serve as a Magistrate Judge.
