Effective October 9, 2025, the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Council has approved amendments to the Criminal Justice Act ("CJA") Plan for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The revisions provide for interim compensation and a mentoring program and impose reappointment requirements for CJA panel attorneys.
