The CM/ECF system generates a Notice of Electronic Filing -- an email message containing a hyperlink to the document filed -- whenever a document is filed with the court. Notices are sent from the address ganddb_efile_notice@gand.uscourts.gov.  If you believe that you were not noticed for a docket entry, first check the spam folder in your email application to verify the notice was not labeled as spam.  Users are urged to update their spam software accordingly to ensure receipt.  If you have verified the notice is not in your spam folder or accidentally deleted and moved to your trash folder, you may contact the Systems Help Desk at (404) 215-1650 for further assistance.
