New CM/ECF Events for Deposit and Disbursement of Interpleader Funds

Beginning April 1, 2017, all attorneys must use the following new motion events in CM/ECF for registry deposits and disbursements in interpleader cases under 28 U.S.C. Section 1335:

    1.  Motion for Deposit - Interpleader (28 U.S.C. Section 1335)
    
    2.  Motion for Disbursement -  Interpleader (28 U.S.C. Section 1335)
 
The standard motion events for deposit and disbursement should be used in non-interpleader cases.
