Notice of and Opportunity to Comment on Proposed Revisions to Patent Local Rule 6

The Northern District of Georgia is considering revisions proposed by a member of the Bar to Patent Local Rule 6, which addresses claim construction proceedings.  Notice of the proposed revisions, including a redlined copy and a memorandum setting forth the rationale for the revisions, is available here.  The Court is soliciting comments from the public and the bar on these proposed revisions.  Comments should be made in writing by April 24, 2017, to:
