Revisions to Appendix H to the Local Rules Effective December 1, 2016

As of December 1, 2016, Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(d) and Fed. R. Crim. P. 45(c) have been amended to eliminate the additional three days to act in response to a filing served by electronic means.  Consistent with this change, the Northern District of Georgia has revised Appendix H to its Local Rules to eliminate this "three day rule" as to filings served by electronic means.  The updated Appendix H is available here.
