Opportunity to Comment on Reappointment of Bankruptcy Judges

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is considering whether to reappoint the following bankruptcy judges to a new 14-year term of office:

Laurel Myerson Isicoff, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Southern District of Florida at Miami
Tamara O. Mitchell, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Northern District of Alabama at Birmingham
John K. Olson, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Southern District of Florida at Fort Lauderdale
James J. Robinson, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Northern District of Alabama at Anniston

Members of the bar and the public are invited to submit written comments for consideration by the Court of Appeals concerning the reappointment of these judges. All comments should be submitted to Mr. James P. Gerstenlauer, Circuit Executive, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, 56 Forsyth Street, N.W., Atlanta, GA  30303. Comments must be received in the Circuit Executive’s Office no later than July 22, 2019.
