Juror Qualification Questionnaires Recently Mailed

The Northern District of Georgia is in the process of rebuilding its qualified juror database and has mailed letters to prospective jurors requesting that they visit this website and provide juror qualification information.  This letter is legitimate.  If you received one, please click on "For Jurors" in the menu bar at the top of this page, and then click on "eJuror" to complete your questionnaire.  The questions are intended to determine whether you are qualified for jury service under federal law.  See 28 U.S.C. Section 1865 and National eJuror Program.  You will not be asked for any type of payment.

Legitimate qualification letters from the Court will arrive via U.S. Mail.  Unsolicited emails or telephone calls claiming you have been selected for jury service or that you failed to show up for jury service do not originate from the Court and most likely are scams, particularly if they request some form of payment.
