Hours of Operation

Atlanta Clerk's Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

After hours filing:

• Available from 4:45 p.m until 6:00 p.m., when the building closes.
• Filings may be made on the 22nd floor, Room 2211, public counter entrance.
• Place after hours filings through the slot in the entrance door.
• All pleadings placed in the night drop-box will be considered filed as of that date.
• File stamped copies will be made available after 9:00 a.m. the next business day.
