Court Fees

Acceptable Forms of Payment

U.S. Postal Money Order, Bank Cashier's Check, and Cash. Credit Cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diner's Club and Discover) are accepted in person only, but are not accepted at the Newnan Division at this time. Personal checks are not accepted.

Fees for Pro Hac Vice applications are payable by credit card concurrent with the electronic filing of the application in CM/ECF, through the pay.gov system. Appeal fees may also be paid through pay.gov in CM/ECF.
