Update On Access To U.S. Courts Websites By Cogent Customers

On October 30th, Sprint's decision to disconnect internet peering connections it maintained with Cogent caused Cogent customers to be unable to access Judiciary public websites or exchange email via the internet. These connections have been TEMPORARILY restored by Sprint. Sprint indicates that this reconnection will last approximately two weeks while the two companies attempt to resolve their dispute.

During the two-week reconnection period, in the event Sprint and Cogent cannot resolve their differences, subscribers may need to find alternative means of completing their transactions. Immediate planning for this potential change is recommended.
