Case Management - Electronic Case Filing

The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia utilizes the Case Management Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF).

Members of the bar should familiarize themselves with the local rules, standing orders, and administrative procedures governing electronic case filing, available through this page.

CM/ECF logins and passwords are issued during the admission process when Attorneys are admitted to our bar or granted admission to practice Pro Hac Vice. NDGA bar members and PHV attorneys who registered prior to 07/01/2013 who do not have a login and password must use the link below to obtain one.

Current NDGA Bar Members or Admitted PHV/MDL Attorneys who registered prior to 07/01/2013, click here to register for a login and password. Those who have applied after 07/01/2013 will be automatically issued a login and password once the application is granted(if one has not been previously assigned to the applicant).

Please direct any questions regarding logins and passwords for the CM/ECF filing system to Attorney Administration at 404-215-1600.

Beginning on Saturday, October 5, 2013, the CM/ECF service will be unavailable between 6:30am and 7:00am on the first and third Saturday of each month due to scheduled maintenance.
