Mandatory CM/ECF Registration Deadline - January 1, 2005 |
|
By Order of the Court,
effective July 15, 2005, members of the bar admitted to practice before the
United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, must
file, sign, and verify documents by electronic means to the extent and in
the manner authorized by the Court's Local Rules and associated
Administrative Procedures. |

In anticipation of this
mandatory electronic case filing (CM/ECF), members of the Court's bar must
register to receive CM/ECF logins and passwords by January 1, 2005. |
|
CM/ECF registration can be
accomplished in person at the Clerk's Office, at U.S. Courthouse, 75 Spring
Street S.W., Atlanta or
online.
